How do we find you?
Coming from Auckland, turn right off SH1 at the road sign to Waipu and meander for 3 minutes, right through Waipu Village without turning off anywhere. We are on the right
Coming North from Mangawhai, stay on Cove Road, through Langs Beach and Waipu Cove Beach. After the one-way bridge, we are 100m on the left (on the outskirts of Waipu)
Coming from the North, turn left off SH1 at the road sign to Waipu (the road is actually called Nova Scotia Drive) and meander for 5 minutes to Waipu Village. Turn left onto Cove Road. We are 300m on the right
What are reception hours?
We have embraced the digital age and have systems and processes in place that mean we have no fixed reception hours.

How do I check in?
Rooms are reserved by phone or email. Prior to your arrival, we will provide your room number and access code for your key.
How do I check out?
Just leave your key on your sink-bench and lock the door behind you
Where should I eat?
While we don't have a restaurant on-site, there are plenty of amazing places to eat within a short walk or drive. McLeod's Brewery does great pizzas and Madly Indian is only a 5 minute walk away.
Waipu has lots of lovely cafes and a bakery for breakfast, or why not make the short drive to The Cove Cafe and watch the waves while drinking your morning coffee.
Where is the nearest supermarket?
The Four Square Waipu is only 600m away, or Fresh Choice Ruakaka is a 13 minute drive away. Larger supermarkets, such as Pak'n Save and Countdown, are located in Whangarei (35 minutes drive).
Where is the nearest ATM?
There is an ATM near the Four Square in Waipu.
